I waited 5 extra minutes for new hot orange chicken as what I had seen in the pan was small, old and hard pieces that would be just 1 side. Instead of getting rid of the old stuff they put it at the bottom so now these remaining pieces have a dry texture on the inside.

I have to say this panda went above and beyond. I placed my order through the app and sadly it was not ready when said it was but Italia made up for it! She was so sweet and caring and made it 100 times better. She offered me a free beverage and small appetizer for the long wait even after the time it gave me. She didn’t have to do this as I am understanding customer that places get busy during dinner time but she went above and beyond which is why I had to share this experience!...read full review
