I have to say this panda went above and beyond. I placed my order through the app and sadly it was not ready when said it was but Italia made up for it! She was so sweet and caring and made it 100 times better. She offered me a free beverage and small appetizer for the long wait even after the time it gave me. She didn’t have to do this as I am understanding customer that places get busy during dinner time but she went above and beyond which is why I had to share this...
I went today Thursday 2/26/26 and it was so busy, i saw people inside and i was in the drive thru and the line. It went all the way to the front door but the line moved so fast !!! i thought i was gonna be waiting at least 30 minutes and i went right through and got my food fast and hot !!! i dont usually leave reviews on places but this seriously needed 5 stars
I am a diehard fan of this place but don’t know whats wrong going on. Taste, flavors, quantity, service all 👎🏻 prices gone 👆🏻 Kung pao has no chicken. Hope you guys fix all these issues soon.
