Born and raised Phoenician! The original Ritos has always been a family favorite. Imagine my surprise when I found Rosaritos! Same family, same great wonderful dreamy flavors!! Unfortunately, the main cook has had some health challenges! So, at times they are not open due to these challenges. The quality of the food is so important and they understand that! There’s so much shredded beef on these tacos and they are crisp and perfect. I ordered two large flour tortillas and a side of beans and cheese, and it’s quite simply the best Mexican food I’ve had on the west side. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on. Hopefully they can add some tamales and chicken enchiladas to their menu in the future. Staff was busy but friendly.

Great food! The Green chili is Awesome and very authentic! The beef tacos are packed with tender shredded beef and full of flavor. This will be our go to for sure for some good Mexican food!
