It took them 10 minutes to take my order 20 minutes for my food. They had gotten it wrong so then I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to bring out my right order. And have their card machines don’t work.
I visited the Sonic location on July 2,2026 at approximately 6:04pm after placing a mobile order through the app.
My order included a large iced water with extra ice, real cherry, real strawberries, and real lemon, along with a Route 44 cherry slush.

I placed a mobile order and parked in the mobile spot. The server delivered my food to another car( parked in an order stall and just arrived) and went back inside. I see her go to the car and then bring my food. Not acceptable but my husband wanted the order. I paid an upcharge for the refreshers and didn't get wat I ordered. I ordered Watermelon Peach& a Mango peach. What I received 2 Watermelon peach. I also asked for 1 fry without salt and both were without salt.

However, there have been complaints about long wait times, and some customers have reported issues with their drinks and slushies being melted upon receipt.
