So I had ordered a latte but I forgot to ask to add almond milk and a gentleman , it looked his name Theo, he was very kind and helpful and he gave me a new one , he smiled it was a pleasant customer service experience, I then later asked for a cup of ice water and he gave it to me in a very polite and nice matter , i thought he provided great service at that time , the only thing is when he was leaving home towards the door , I said have a great day and he kind didn't say much...read full review
I don't normally have issues with this particular Starbucks but there has been a few issues in quality of drinks. I'm only leaving a review now because it's ridiculous I emphasized "light ice" and was given extra ice instead? Like a lot of ice. More than 3/4 cup of ice. As a former Starbucks partner, do better
