They are always charging extra for cream when I order iced coffee. They said it's their policy to charge for it ,which doesn't make sense. When I order at the same location on the app the price is 70cents cheaper. . I just didn't buy a drink here and went to the location that's not inside of the Frys.
I just visited this Starbucks while passing through Phoenix. Such nice, friendly staff that works here. It would have been nice to be able to tip them. Why do so many Starbucks not have tip jars? It makes me not like or want to support the company. It’s the service industry- they deserve tips!
