I love Tokyo Joe's. The food is always great, however Customer Service had been lacking until my most recent visits. Veronica has been at the register both times in my recent visits and has completely changed my perception of the Avondale location. She's been very welcoming and has provided superb customer service. Great job Avondale on the staff changes.

I ordered online for pick up. When I arrived, the store was closed for repair. The district manager reached out to me and told me that my order will be refunded and would also receive a free entree' on my account! Never disappointed with this place and that was great customer service!
