Stopped in for a quick lunch before our tour at the Copper Queen. The decor is cute and trendy. Friendly staff amd quick service. The chips and salsa were delicious. My husband got the chimi and I got the stuffed potato. Both were tasty. The chimi was nice amd crisp and the beef was flavorful. The potato was definitely stuffed! We enjoyed it and neither of us could finish.
We had a wonderful Mexican meal. Sam was our amazing waiter, who checked on us often to make sure everything was perfect. He made it a fun evening for us. There was something we wanted that was off the menu and he was able to work with the kitchen to get it to us. Now that is service.

Yummmmmmy! We got the chicken tortilla soup which was spicy but good and amazing toppings. Loved the albondigas soup!!! First time I've ever had it. My son's enchiladas were maybe the best dish we got! Daughter got ground beef, tacos, and husband got shrimp tacos. Both good. Didn't take pics of the food. Oops!
