I was unable to write a review the last time I posted. It was my first time at the restaurant and because it to celebrate a birthday I called the day before and placed a reservation for 8 people under my name. When I got the confirmation it was for 4 people. Subsequently, I called back twice to have it corrected and on the third call I was guaranteed that even though the text said 4 people it was for 8! When I found out that one more person would be attending, I called the morning...
This has to be the best pie I have ever had. Try the bourbon pecan pie and ice cream. The macaroons are delicious. We also took 2 pies with us to Sedona. The key lime pie is amazing.
Normally this place is always so crowded we don't stop on our way home. But this particular day it was about 2:30 pm and it was in between meal times. So we stopped for an early dinner. Omg the burgers are huge. I ended up bringing half home. So did my hubby. They are known for their pies. So we each got one piece of pie that we liked. I got Lemon Meringue and my husband got Cherry. We had them later that night. Wow sooo good. Great place and has been there forever.
