Every Burger King has soda fountain problems of 1 kind or another. This 1 had no ice to be dispensed. I stopped going to Yuma and Sarival Burger King because soda fountain was broken on 3 random visits in a months time. Management doesn't seem to care.

Order a double and got a single for the price of a double. Stole my hard earned money so someone can be paid $15+++++ an hour and not even understand the definition of double or only. The exact reason you (burger King staff) are flipping burgers and still getting it wrong. Your worth to society is null

So I ordered early in the morning and got a bacon croissant meal paid over $8 for this crap. First it took them 10 min to complete the first order then I pulled up and they handed me the smallest coffee and when I got home opened the bag to find a snack sized pressed down croissant that was cold. Do better Burger King staff.

I don't go inside so not sure about accurate atmosphere rating. Came through the drive through yesterday and ordered a chicken sandwich with the bacon. They completely left out what was supposed to be the actual meal. Went back in to have it fixed. They solved the problem with no issues, and let me keep the other sandwich. I thought that was such a nice gesture for some reason. Most places just make you throw it away. Wasting food. So thanks for letting me eat both sandwiches. The remade order was done perfectly. Thank you for the great food ladies.

Went for a quick bite while running errands. Lady in the drive thru said they'd be right with us. We patiently waited for 5 mins, then longer. A car pulled up in the other lane and their order was taken. We waited a couple more mins and again someone else's order was taken. Husband decided to pull up to the window since we were being ignored. They were mad that we had to order at the window but had they actually done the easy job of taking our order on the first place we wouldn't have had to order at the window. We ended up just ordering for our kids at that point because of the rude service. The food was also cold and tough/old. Will not be going back. McDonald's service is so much better and they actually serve hot food.

We arrived at 8:30 am. The food that was served (croissant sandwiches and French toast sticks) were cold/old/tough. They were not prepared fresh but taken from a large row of preprepared sandwiches. The self service island was out of ketchup and the trash can was full We were the only customers in the store.
French fries were cold My hamburger have was falling apart when I got it seeing areas were dirty. I asked to get it cleaned but got tired of waiting

Purchased food through the drive-thru, everything was cold and expired. This is the second time this has happened to me. I tried to file a complaint through the website however because the cashier didn’t give me my receipt there was nothing corporate could do. I will not be returning.

New whoppers are not good at all. The chicken sandwich was burnt. And they forgot our nuggets so I had to circle back and go inside and when I told the lady she just laughed and grabbed them. This location is horrible
