absolute garbage, especially for the price that I paid. soggy tortillas on the burritos and instead of putting the requested ingredients in the actual burritos, they were put on the side for ME to have to do the work. unhappy. angry. will never buy again

There are a few other locations where the food is tastier, but it's still okay. The beverage station could use some consistent cleaning. Their lemon mint tea is terrible. Soda is better.

the food is good, the service and atmosphere is average. the pricing, when compared to even McDonald's is good. for the price of a quarter pounder and fries, I got to steak tacos, rice, beans and a drink. it was arguably healthier and tasted much better.

I wanted queso so I thought I would go to Cafe Rio even though it’s not the best. So when I brought it home my queso was soup, Nasty and runny. Queso shouldn’t be like that. It shouldn’t look like tomato soup. Why would you even sell it to someone when it looks like that plus they didn’t even fill up the cup. I guess that’s a good thing especially when is nasty like it was. Waste of money! I wouldn’t give it one star!

I have been in the food and beverage business my entire life. I'm retired from it now. But I would have loved having workers like this!
When I walked in and walked up to the counter, one was in the back, and one was making tortillas, I think. Anyway, the young lady in the back didn't see me right away, so here came the lady from the job she was doing had washed her hands and began to help me. Before she even got my order started, the lady (maybe manager) from the back was right beside her, and they just smiled at each other. And in a matter of moments, my enchiladas were ready, and my 4x points were in the computer, and she verified my name to be sure I was getting my own points! It was like a happy, well-oiled machine! Then when I got home and opened everything up... it was picture perfect and delicious! Everything I needed was there, and the food was packed great! Hot with hot and cold with cold... I will definitely visit this location anytime I'm in the Buckeye area!
I visited on Sunday, July 6th, 2025, around the noonish hour. I hope someone tells them they are doing a great job!!! Not many Café Rio's have anyone like these ladies!

We catered for about 55 guests in Victory! Cafe Rios came up huge with the full package of 1st in Service, and their enchiladas, burritos, we're out of the park!!!
Raul, the GM - has your interest 1st, and his excellent demeanor is top of the chain!!!!
Accolades is helpful, Go in and enjoy the experience!
I would definitely call Cafe Rios again and refer them!

My kids, husband, & I looove café río's food but unfortunately I have to say THIS LOCATION in particular isn't the best, all because of 1 specific worker. She's a short lady with glasses. Every time we've encountered her it's never been great.. She has zero customer service first off.. & it's odd because anytime she SEES US she comes to ring us out herself no matter who is working at the register, she will move them over & take over. It's as if she has something against us or something & it's very uncomfortable. I believe she's also a shift manager. She has been working there for the past few years. This is the closest location to us but if we stop by & happen to see her, we will literally turn around and go out of our way to drive into town to the next Cafe Rio.

I had sworn off of Cafe Rio because of poor food and service from the Indian School/Jack rabbit location. The Watson location has completely changed me. Great Food, Great Atmosphere, but even Better Service.
Make this the standard that all Cafe Rio Restaurants need to measure up to! Great job to Raul and the rest of the team.
