The food and concept are great. Still dont get why .50 for sour cream ...? If only they put less salt in their food this would be perfect.

Food and service were great. There's not a lot of atmosphere in any Cafe Rio, you just get lucky if the place isn't too crowded. We got there just after it opened so no crowd. Had a bowl. Preparer did it just as we asked. It was excellent. This is a new Cafe Rio. Still nice and clean. Worth a try.

I went to Cafe Rio at around 9pm tonight , and when at the speaker I was told that they were out of steak along with their mango drink. Understandable it’s the end of the night. I did need additional time now to change my order because there is no steak.

When at the speaker , the person on the other end was super rude. I get it’s the end of the night/shift, but the entire transaction was not pleasant. When I asked for extra chicken and fajita veggies, I knew it was an extra charge, but the person (I believe it was a female) on the other end had an attitude. “That’s going to be an extra charge.”

I got to the window and the transaction there was alright. The girl was a bit confused about my total , and didn’t seem like she was comfortable with being at the window, which we all have to learn somehow. Again, I understand.

I get home to eat my food , and I’m excited to indulge in the extra fajita veggies I got on the bowl, keep in mind I paid $17 for this. As to my surprise there were no fajita veggies in the bowl. I was super disappointed with not only the service / unprovoked attitude , but my food too. It just felt like I was being pushed out of the drive through as fast as possible. I was the only one there. Ive never had any issues here before so this was all new.

I just encountered the best meal of my life at this Cafe Rio location. The staff are incredibly helpful and the food is amazing every. single. damn. time. I just tried the queso for the first time and I saw stars. If I were to ever end up on death row, this would be my last meal. The same Cafe Rio, same queso, same wonderful employees. Thank you for this life changing experience. You are 100000000 times better than Chipotle and never forget it XOXO

Came in for chips & queso ? The employee helping me warned me that the queso has been complained of all day! It was burnt and when asked to speak with the manager, I was met with attitude. I was ok with just leaving over a 5dollar purchase, though with the complete disrepair I was shown, asked the manager to dump it! Why should these employees be forced to sale product at such inconsiderate quality per CAFE DEL RIO? NEW MANAGER PLEASE

The place has deteriorated quite a bit.
The rice literally dry and hard every time I visit.
The plastic trays smell like garbage, they never clean them… they are sour.

Terrible service, the one who served my bowl of steak with a bad attitude only put 4 pieces of it, of course it is very little, I will not return nor recommend

If I could give it 0 star I would. First the young group that works the dinner rush are rude and have no respect at all for the customers unless they are family or friends. Second the chicken was so over cooked and couldn't chew it and third when my daughter got her food they literally just gave her 1 small slice from part of a quesadilla and it looked like it came from mine because I was missing a slice too. Finally we are disgusted how they can get away with wearing long fake nails while making our food and they don't always wear gloves. How is this place passing health inspections? Does everyone have their Food Handlers? If they did then they should know how disgusting it is to have long fake nails around food.

Food wasn't bad, wasn't very welcoming place, fit that reason won't go back. $18 for 1 burrito and a drink.
