I have dined here many times. I have noticed a sharp decline in quality. The food quality has dropped. I first noticed quality difference when ordered through their app vs Uber eats etc. if you offer food through those apps you need to give the same quality and save amount. The last time I ordered through their app and the chicken was old and many hard pieces. I was not sure which location I ordered from here or the buckeye location but I felt I should leave it at both seeing that I have had similar issues. Specifically this location the last time I was in. I came in at 4:30 after work and it was dead. I was behind an employee having another person making them dinner to go and just making a mega bowel triple protein etc. you would think they would make their own before they leave. Got to me and the chicken was tough and old not edible. I have to say the quality of chipotle has gone down hill. Their rice has especially decreases. Their used to be great citrus flavor as well as on their chips. The flavors have been bland lately with none of that flavor basically flavorless lately. Hopefully they read these reviews and go back to offering great quality food hopefully.

This may be one of the worst Chipotles because it was so nasty and every time I get it somethings wrong, even in store the food was not very fresh, my sis has food poisoning. I haven't felt good all morning either, this has not happened at any other location.
Took a bite with the vinegarette and it was bland, but okay, without it that burrito is nasty it is still just sitting in my fridge I couldn't eat it.
Tried to call them and you have to fight with a robot and its impossible to get to an actual rep.
Will just have to take it up and show them 🙄

Honesty helped us out today and she was literally the sweetest human we have ever encountered. She was very helpful and accommodating to all the questions I had. The food was made with care and the cashier was very friendly as well. 10/10

9.9.25. Tried them again and once again they have you built a bowl and when you get to the cold items there out of lettuce and other thing which they just don’t mention . Like where the communication ????? Customer service sucks , there too busy gossiping that they are not paying attention to what items are short or out of and make customer wait a very long time to refill the items. They lag leadership and discipline and the manager is not any help. She allows them to goof off as she flirts with the staff

This store always disappoints! Always out of steak, Even when they don’t close till 3 hours. Customer service could use some tlc. When I finally do try again everything is cold or out again. Please set enough food out for the entire night thanks !

Highly recommend to AVOID! Drive the extra miles to the cotton lane location if you’re craving chipotle because this establishment is always a disappointment and I’m surprised they aren’t on dirty dinning.
The employees are so nice but when I visited this location it was disgusting inside. I've never been to a Chipotle that unkempt inside. They need to work on cleanliness.

There was a hair bobby-pin inside my son’s quesadilla!! He could have choked on this!! You can see how the pin is wrapped around the chicken. Where are the hair nets!!This location needs to pay close attention to what their staff is doing!!!
