The food tastes great, they really really really skimp on the rice though. White rice is like the cheapest food you can purchase anywhere on the planet but chipotle seems to treat it like rare earth minerals

undercooked food, I went back twice due undercooked food and still got sent home with more undercooked food. avoid this place and just go toany of the food places next door. Listen to every other review and do not waste your money here.

Date of incident 6/10 at around 9:50pm came in the store with my 2 daughter. the girl that was making the food (black hair, lot of make up bow in hair, race is latino (i think) 🤔 The nervous of this child. This is the rudes customer experience I have gotten in buckeye in all the 12 years I have been staying here. I have called the general manager ALYSSA GATES tonight. please call me back as this is not okay. She need to be Terminated for code of conduct.

There is something off about this location, the rice didn’t seam to have salt, lime or cilantro……. The meat was chewy, the lady didn’t even know how to roll a burrito and they have a unisex bathroom with no lock on it…… if my daughter is in the bathroom with a dude, I will probably loose it……..

This place is so dirty and unprofessional. I came in to get some food and when I ordered the person was rude and then my chips for my queso was stall and overly greasy. Wouldn’t recommend and I won’t be returning.

Everytime I come to this chipotle they are always understaffed. The employees are always standing around talking, rather than doing their jobs. The employees are super duper rude and not very friendly. They will argue with you about who’s in the wrong. The only thing good I can say about this location is the manager is a super nice guy.

Every time we go in here they are out of so many things. Last time we will stop. If management doesn’t care enough to keep up with demand they dont care enough about customers either. There were 5 tables that were stacked with chairs so people couldn’t sit at them either bad environment, bad business.

This is the WORST chipotle I've ever been to. For YEARS, I have ordered a bowl with just rice and cheese (nothing extra, no sides, or anything that would make it into more) as its for a child. They don't eat the meat or any "third" item so I stopped ordering a kids meal and ordered the bowl as a manager previously suggested. It has ALWAYS been charged as two sides. Rarely, three sides if someone goes heavy handed with the rice. I recently moved and was pleasantly surprised to find a chipotle minutes away. Well this place has decided that a bowl with just rice and cheese is apparently a veggie bowl and wants $10 for it. A side is roughly $1.50 to $2 varying by location. I have no problem paying for a bowl and frequently would go and purchase 2-3 bowls per order with the bowl of rice and cheese for my child. I asked the cashier to check and she walked to the back and came back to say they'd still be charging as a bowl. The manager didn't even bother to come out. I decided that there was no way I'd be paying $10 for rice and cheese so I said okay thats fine we won't be buying our bowls then and the cashier looked at me like she had just learned people can say no and I left. I will never go back to this Chipotle and I will be complaining to corporate as this is absolutely ridiculous.

Went into this location in uniform with my state ID and badge. I was then told that the law enforcement discount only applied to officers wearing "black and white" and have their gun belts on. So apparently sheriff's deputies and correctional officers don't count because we wear brown. So either the two ladies who we're at the cash register were ignorant, or Chipotle discriminates against all law enforcement agencies that don't wear black and white!
