The other day I ordered takeout, and when I was on my way home, I opened one of the boxes and it wasn't what I had ordered. So I went back to the restaurant and told them, and they quickly gave me what was missing without making a big fuss.
Ordered delivery online for a gluten free crust and a normal crust and unfortunately was sent two regular crusts. Caught the error and called to confirm it was wrong. The store quickly took accountability and swiftly remade my order AND delivered it to me free of charge. I will be ordering from them again. Great business! Customer service like that has been lost.
