i did submit my receipt.
i quit getting the frozen green matcha . was hardlly ever right.
so I switched to frozen coffee.
Today was a nightmare. The frozen coffee,was lite . did not taste anything like coffee . Said they would make me another. they couldnt take it back.... So out comes another. same thing ,I told them . Is there a problem with the machine? She said No ,we are out of coffee powder! Why didnt they tell me this the first time?
