Placed an order for pickup by 3pm.
My mom went for the pizzas and told her it would be another 15-20 min.
She gets home with the pizza and the pizzas did not look appetizing. The cheese wasn’t even melted and the pizza had Little chunks of COLD cheese. The pizzas were also not properly cut and had to cut it ourselves.
This is the second time we’ve placed an order for a certain pickup time and the pizzas were not ready.
Idk what changed but. I've been here many times before always a negative experience...today I walked in hot and ready was actually ready. Staff was super friendly. Such a great experience!!
