New menu from the last time I was here which was several years ago. I love to Pollo loco back then unfortunately I'm the only one of my family who does I don't get here very often. Food was good, got something new and I liked it. Filling, inexpensive, and tasty. I know we're not always supposed to enjoy our work but when you're working with the public sometimes you just pretend. Not here.

Best west valley location! I go to this location often versus the one that is closer to me in Goodyear because the staff is so much more friendly! I always get a delicious meal and great service! Shout out to the drive thru ladies who have been so patient with me and the El Pollo Loco app with redeeming my rewards!!

I enjoyed my meal. The chicken was not dry and was thoroughly cooked. Excellent broccoli cause everybody can't cook broccoli without overlooking. The other sides were good and the food was still hot when I got home with my carryout. The staff was alert and very courteous.
