El Pollo Loco Nachos have always been so delicious! They are special because the usually use really thick hand cut tortilla chips. Last week I ordered and they used cheap thin chips —it was a terrible soggy mess long before I was half done eating it. What a disappointment!!!

The chicken is always seasoned so well. Fresh hot off the grill and delicious. We got two large sides and an 8 piece mixed chicken. The mac and cheese is creamy and cheesy it would be perfect if it was baked. Excellent customer service and clean space.
