Quick service, and the food was cooked perfectly. Everyone greeted me as I walked in and were very friendly. I travel the country for work and this is one of the best Five Guys experiences I’ve had.
Just ordered 4 burgers for pickup and 2 of my burgers where missing half of the condiments we paid extra for. I don't know if it was because we did not add a tip in andvaned but that is one of the reasons I hate to order and have to tip before I even get my food. May not be coming back to this location, there is an In and Out right across the road that have great customer service and better prices.
Every employee greeting you all at once can be a bit creepy for me, but hearing them fumble was endearing and made me relax immediately. We had asked about ingredients and I was blown away there wasn't a limit to how many toppings I could put on my burger.
My wife likes her burger more plain, mostly pickles, and these pickles are tasty. Could have better texture, but not bad.
