I read this article (Buckeye Buzz) on places to eat in Buckeye and this truck was all over the place, naturally I had to try. It did not disappoint! We ordered it all ... drinks, food and dessert. Armadillo egg, off the charts good. I took the family back next day and all were raving, this will be on our weekly rotation.

We ate at their food truck and loved everything we got: brisket, pork belly burnt ends, armadillo eggs, and jalepeño beans. They were so helpful in choosing too as everything looked amazing! Definitely recommend!

There's no other BBQ in Phoenix that can compare to Hernandez. Chris and his family are very friendly and their service is top notch. You can't go wrong with them, try their Big Boss burrito. 🔥
