This was my second time having a Double Bacon Cheeseburger and my young daughter's first time having a Classic Burger. We both really enjoyed. Great quality burger, especially for the price. Very happy to have burgers available at the Signal Butte & Guadalupe location.

Food is good, but the drive‑thru experience is consistently frustrating. You have to practically scream into the speaker for them to hear you, and even then they still mess up the order. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, they tell you to go back around because they “didn’t hear correctly.” It makes the whole visit feel like more trouble than it’s worth.

While there have been occasional ups and downs, such as rare missing items from orders, the food and service are solid overall. Fast service is provided by a friendly staff, with food made to order quickly. Many customers find it a fantastic and healthier alternative to other fast food options, eating there regularly.
