Like the others said this location is horrible! Always out of items and don't even have the full menu. Service is poor no bathrooms. Do yourself a favor Drive past this spot and go to the Avondale location it's actually ran like a real business.

We walked in said "hello", no reply Told them the open sign was off, didn't even get a thank you. Once we got our order I said Thank you and nothing completely ignored. Super rude ladies , owner should definitely talk to them and let them know how bad their attitude is. I don't even mind paying $10 but a small boba, but definitely won't be coming back due to lack of customer service.

this place is good but everytime i go in theyre out of regular tapioca pearls and its kinda irritating so if you want regular tapioca dont come here lol

This place is clean and trendy. They do not have public bathrooms and they're quite spendy. No samples. I spent nearly $50 on 5 drinks. They're friendly and they have a variety of flavors with 2 sizes of drinks. They went up in price after the beginning of COVID. They do not serve food.
Staff is NOT friendly! And limited selection of boba. Too bad this is the only boba place in Buckeye.

The staff was incredibly rude and the few times I've gone in there they have rolled their eyes at me and at eachother. They only use syrup, no natural fruit. They are always out of everything. Decided I'm not going back

I’ve visited this place twice now. My first visit a few months ago was disappointing: the staff was rude, they were out of many items, and the prices were high. Since it was 30 minutes until closing time, I decided to give it another chance on a different day. Today, I went back and faced similar issues. They didn't have the item I wanted from the menu, and I paid $11 for a large mango tea with tapioca pearls. While the tea was decent, the boba was overcooked, soggy, and bitter. Additionally there is no public bathrooms and an up charge when paying with card. I understand boba can be pricey, but $11 for this quality is unreasonable. I usually don't write negative reviews however with the prices being increased and my continued negative experience I felt it was necessary. I definitely do not recommend this place.
