I have tried this place twice and same thing. The strawberry boba isnt good here! I have had strawberry boba in different states and I liked them all, except here at Boba House. The mixture separates badly and I have never seen that before usually the mixture is a solid pink.... you all should look into this, get a better mixture. It does not look good or taste as good as others. They are aware that the Strawberry Boba does this and they still sell it. The price of this boba is too high. Over $10 and its not worth it. But i have to drink it if I paid for it lol I will not go back, you only get two chances with my money!!!

Pistachio Tea drink was on point. This spot was a gem to find. It is easy to park and benches outside to sit on as well.

When you order the receipt doesn’t even tell you the price how did my drink go from 5.60 to a whole 12 dollars and I only realized how much they charge secretly when paying card no refund either

It was my first time here & the blonde girl behind the counter was extremely rude and unwelcome to the point it made me uncomfortable. I see other reviews stating how bad the customer service is, so it's not just me. Also, they were out of almost all flavors of boba.

The service was not bad, but drinks were horrible and way over priced. Almost $25 for two regular boba drinks. Milk tea tasted like straight milk. If they don’t make any changes, this places shouldn’t stay open serving less than subpar drinks.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Normally, I wouldn’t give a review of this kind but I read the reviews before I came and I thought, eh, typical teenager run place with crappy service….
When I got there, the place is clean and brightly lit, but that’s where the good ended. The people behind the counter were indifferent to people in the restaurant. They were out of just about every flavor even though they list a gazillion choices.
They didn’t have any of the popping bubble, jellies, etc…. I ordered something they were supposed to have, I didn’t get it. My cup was sticky like they spilled sugar over everything and just gave it to me.
No bathroom to wash my hands, no wet wipe, nothing, just the wrong order and very sticky hands…
I would recommend you stay far far far far away from this place. Don’t be like me and think, it can’t be that bad. It is

Came at 12:10 cause it says they’re open from 12-8. Open sign was on, door was locked no one inside. Wasted my time. If you’re closed you shouldn’t advertise that you’re open.
Listen, the milk tea was good. But, 11 dollars for a small drink is crazy. Not worth it. Really cute place tho.

Like the others said this location is horrible! Always out of items and don't even have the full menu. Service is poor no bathrooms. Do yourself a favor Drive past this spot and go to the Avondale location it's actually ran like a real business.

We walked in said "hello", no reply Told them the open sign was off, didn't even get a thank you. Once we got our order I said Thank you and nothing completely ignored. Super rude ladies , owner should definitely talk to them and let them know how bad their attitude is. I don't even mind paying $10 but a small boba, but definitely won't be coming back due to lack of customer service.

I received a text message for a free large drink specifically at the buckeye location for my birthday. They refused to honor it. Going here is not worth the hassle.
