I absolutely love this place. They have so many options and all their drinks are pretty delicious! I always ask for recommendations depending what my cravings are and they’re pretty great at choosing.

I let my daughter go in and order a drink while I went across the parking lot to grocery shop at Walmart, She came back and told me she did not like her drink at all, I continue to grocery shop finished up about 35 minutes had passed. I went right back with a full drink untouched and let them know she was unhappy with it & if they could please remake a different drink, they told me no. one of the workers had kinda quietly said to the other one “ no!! it’s been over an hour “ Which it was not, and even if it was, that’s ridiculous. The drink was basically untouched. $10 wasted, I Definitely will not be back and will continue to go to BobaZona and Bosa for my boba cravings. Overall, they were not nice, horrible customer service too.

Not good, I paid $10 for a unsweet tea. Staff seemed like they didnt want to be there. Im a big tea drinker and always open to trying things and am a frequent buyer in places that have good product and friendly customer service. But this place is not it.

I've been to this establishment a few times but the last 2 times I've went, there's been a lovely girl who's name I don't know but she is tall and always wears a blonde slick back ponytail. She's been super friendly and helpful. She was very patient when we needed extra time and help ordering and she was also very professional. Props to her for being a fabulous person.

I have tried this place twice and same thing. The strawberry boba isnt good here! I have had strawberry boba in different states and I liked them all, except here at Boba House. The mixture separates badly and I have never seen that before usually the mixture is a solid pink.... you all should look into this, get a better mixture. It does not look good or taste as good as others. They are aware that the Strawberry Boba does this and they still sell it. The price of this boba is too high. Over $10 and its not worth it. But i have to drink it if I paid for it lol I will not go back, you only get two chances with my money!!!

Pistachio Tea drink was on point. This spot was a gem to find. It is easy to park and benches outside to sit on as well.

When you order the receipt doesn’t even tell you the price how did my drink go from 5.60 to a whole 12 dollars and I only realized how much they charge secretly when paying card no refund either

It was my first time here & the blonde girl behind the counter was extremely rude and unwelcome to the point it made me uncomfortable. I see other reviews stating how bad the customer service is, so it's not just me. Also, they were out of almost all flavors of boba.
