I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with a recent order. Having been a previous customer, I ordered the menudo with the expectation of the quality I have experienced before. However, the meal I received was utterly unacceptable.
The menudo was **cold** upon arrival and entirely devoid of flavor, a stark contrast to previous orders. Furthermore, the hominy was **undercooked**, rendering the dish genuinely unpalatable. This lack of attention to basic food preparation standards is simply **nasty** and frankly, inexcusable.
Adding to this frustration, the service was severely hampered by excessive noise. I was forced to raise my voice considerably just to be understood by your staff, indicating either a communication issue or unacceptably loud music, which is detrimental to the customer experience.
The significant decline in quality at this specific location is alarming and thoroughly disappointing. I urge you to address these issues

I thought the place was very nice and clean, people were nice. I thought the carne asada was cooked to perfection, although i wish the onions were chopped up. The melon water was very dense and chewy but tasty.

Bomb tacos everything is fresh probably one of the best spots I know if I was driving by I would exit the I-10 at Watson and take the 10-minute detour to stop and get some tacos if I was passing by

I place an order for 50 people. Everything is hot ok. They forgot to add the tortillas. Yes I did not check. But who’s responsible to assure customer satisfaction. I drove back for the tortillas. They gave them to me cold. What would your reaction be. I ordered catering for 50 people 500$ for my son’s first birthday. Am I wrong. They didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience.

Yeah not great. Ordered chicken tacos with cilantro and cabbage but got them in baggies??? I couldn't even open the burrito to put the veggies in it without the tortillas ripping and falling apart. Chicken was not seasoned just tasted bland and the guac was so runny it spilled all over my hands when i opened the container, wtf was it runny? Waste of money don't go there you'd find better literally anywhere else in AZ.

This restaurant is AWFUL, who closes at 9pm and turns their equipment off 1 hour before closing. Can't order certain foods, then limit your menu
I went to the La Fiesta restaurant on Miller, and got a tamale, there were what it seems two teenagers or very young male and female, not very knowledgeable of the foods that the restaurant serves, it took the young man to warm the tamale about 20 minutes, only after, I keep asking him why it was taking so long to warm ONE tamale, finally after I got the tamale, it was over, over warm, they left the tamale in the microwave so, so long the tamale was very hard, I end up throwing it away.

The sopes here are beyond delicious. They each come with a slice of tomato and aguacate. They have tortillas all sizes, Mexican candies and Mexican chips. Everything looks so 😋

My husband got the California burrito and I got the birria tacos. Both were delicious and the price was great! The girl who helped us was very nice and patient as we were making our choices. Thank you for a delicious dinner, we will definitely be returning.

Terrible service, They want to deceive people by selling you tortillas that are 2 or 3 days old, passing them off as fresh, When you tell them that they are not new, The women twist their faces at you and get angry, they say it's because they come from Avondale, It is best to make tortillas at home.
