Went at 3:15 to get ice cream treats for the family to cool down after being out in the 100+ degree temperature. We were told, in drive-thru, that the machine is broken. Their drive-thru has no exit other than to go through it. This location has the slowest service in the valley, once waited almost 45 minutes. The person taking my order was snarky. When asked "what other options are there" she replied with "the rest of the menu". They didn't apologize, they didn't even acknowledge me. I wanted to give the manager a heads up that they need to put a sign out or there was just going to be others going through the same thing (also a quick "Would you be okay if someone did this to you? Respect my time and money"). Guess they don't care, which is the standard for this location.

Talking crap and down on your customers when they walk away is absolutely ridiculous. Especially when you have customers sitting not far from the register. Maybe next time you mimic your customers, and make fun of them, you might want to do it when no customers are present. You have 2 managers on duty and 1 was engaging in said conversation.

This McDonalds is absolutely disgusting. Just like every other fast food place in the area. Trash all over the floor, fries were cold, burger was even cold, I admit the chicken nuggets were ok. But everything else was pretty bad. I won’t be coming back to this location just based on how much garbage was all over the floor and tables. It looked like nobody had cleaned anything all day long. To top it off when I tried to order mobile ordering was down and then when I went to the counter to order they just ignored me. Overall a really REALLY bad experience. Definitely will not be coming back to this location ever again.

Ordered 5 dollar deal got wrong sandwich didn't get any sauce or napkins after pulling up was asked twice for sauce so basically wasted time and money don't understand place always busy so why get cold food

New girl didn't know how to add more from using points at register so a young man helped. Our frappe was forgotten about waiting for over 10 minutes when he saw the receipt on the wall he personally made it real quick and handed it to us to apologize which just made our experience all better.

Let’s start off with ordering. I ordered the big breakfast. They made half and 2 minutes later they realized they had no hash browns so I had to wait 5 minutes for that and my food went cold. They wouldn’t replace it. When I asked how long it would be the were very rude and had an attitude. Lastly the people making food never changed in between touching raw products and cooked food. Last time I’m eating here.

For their prices, you would think that presentation would mean something. Sandwiches smashed, usually missing items, bags not folded to keep food warm longer, and employees don't care for the most part.

Went here for the first time, just moved to the area NEVER AGAIN will I go here!!! Came here to pick up my online order by mistake I chose this location NEVER AGAIN!!! I guess she was a manager or wanted to be a manager no name badge to say who she was. At the counter leaned over the bags texting on her phone no kind of Customer Service. I walked in to grab my order and they were in the middle of putting it together as it is the prices are way over the top. My French fries weren't even full I ordered it without salt and apparently somebody can't read. They were soggy and cold. And they should've been fresh. Finally when I got my order they only gave me part of my order. Truth be told to much going on as a worker myself if a customer is trying to show me that there order isn't right and can show proof of what they ordered I would make it right for the customer seeing who ever she was suppose to be the manager was busy. Instead of looking like a ? in headlights. Don't waste your time. Or money!!! McDonald's is not the same anymore!!! Worker's dressed any kind of way. As if McDonald's is the gym and you need to show off your muscles. ????
