I mean it’s McDonald’s. Orders are mostly right but always double check. Store can get a bit yucky but they are busy. Customer service is what you’d expect from a McDonald’s. You’re lucky if you get decent customer service. Most times you just feel like you are making their life harder by dining here. Apathetic usually, rude sometimes and pleasant rarely. Fries are almost always cold or like warm. Cheeseburgers were literally pancakes. I know there are rushes I understand but it shouldn't take away from quality. Service is ALWAYS really good here. If I've had an issue it's usually fixed right away.

Up date to June 2025. I ordered lunch for my dad, grandson and myself. I told my grandson we get ice cream cones after we eat. We went to order, and two people ahead of us ( I think a manager) ask these customers if they wanted ice cream ( they said no) our turn - I asked for 3 ice cream cones. She looked us over - said sorry we have no ice cream. Needless to say I was a little upset - I said really? Everyone around us was shocked. She was rude. Was it racist - I think so because...
