Everytime I order from this location they always get my order wrong or forget something. Tonight I ordered mushroom chicken and orange chicken... they gave me all mushroom chicken. I'm not sure if they didn't gave orange chicken but they could have at least informed me.

Horrendous, did an online order, it was supposed to be ready by 4:50pm, 40min wait for something ordered ahead of time an hour ago. Talked to Manager Michael, he simply said itll be ready when its ready. They served all these new customers coming in, but several online orders are sitting there waiting for there order to be ready. Horrible manager fire Michael, he just sat there while the online orders sat there piling up, he has no customer service skills either.

Literally has a sticker that says STEAK, but somehow these teenagers could not care to read and gave me chicken. If they refuse to do this simple task, I'd rather not risk what else they don't care about with their $30k+ yearly. The owner should really get more adults that actually care about our food especially when they'll work harder for that $30k+ than some snotty spoiled teens

I went through the drive thru earlier tonight and it took the drive thru order taker 2-3 minutes to take my order. I wasn't greeted nor told to please wait. I finally decided to say hello before I was finally greeted. A little disappointed with the service.
The food was good. However, the previous two times I visited my orange chicken was either dry (barely any sauce) or burnt.
