I haven’t eaten in the restaurant yet but have gone through the drive thru and just did a delivery order for my Dad and I this time since he has never had it. The drive thru experience wasn’t as great since I got the wrong half salad but the 1/2 cranberry walnut chicken salad sandwich on sourdough was phenomenal! Came in for Dinner on Saturday, Ordered our food, sat down and we noticed the floor and window areas were all dirty and not because employees were busy, we were the only customers in there, it looked to me that the floor was not mopped for possibly many days, it was really thick with dirt mixed with grease, as I came to the counter when my number was called I noticed the floor of the back area, food prep station, so much trash and pieces of food on the floor, again, not busy......
So why doesn’t my sandwich taste the same when I reorder it?
First sandwich was incredible last few were not, probably won’t be back.
Don’t order Mac and cheese you will be extremely disappointed 🤮
