ridiculous $.10 for a package of cheese and peppers each. Pizzas are really small. Little Caesars taste a lot better. Better off with little Caesars they won’t charge you for peppers or cheese.

I ordered pizza and some boneless wings. This was the most disgusting for I have ever eaten. I have had papa johns previously and it was good. The dough had no flavor like it was frozen and the sauce was horrible also. There was no color on the cheese. The wings were even worse. I am surprised I did not get sick. I bit into them and they were rubber. They were fatty and just overall gross. Extremely disappointed. They need to do better.

Placed an order, but the second pizza I ordered came incorrect. Ordered thin crust, Alfredo, chicken mushroom, cut into squares

Received original sauce (tomato), and reg sliced. They added the chicken and mushrooms. Person dropping it off was kind, rung the doorbell and pizza was still warm.

Called in letting them know it was incorrect and the service member offered to send a corrected replacement. The person that dropped it off,placed it on the ground outside and did not ring the door bell or knock. The pizza set outside, unsealed. Parts of the pizza are missing toppings (just bread).

I called the location back as i noticed how long it was taking for the pizza to arrive. Service rep confirms it was sent. While on the phone with the rep I let him know it was left outside with no notification and that I was sitting in my living room the whole time. When we opened the pizza it was cold and missing toppings in some sections.

The rep offered only to replace the item again or issue a cash refund. Opted for a refund, but it's not so great that I have to go all the way down to the store for their mistakes.

It has been many, many years since I've had Papa John's. So I figured I would give it a go again. It's safe to say that I have never had any other pizza taste more like a frozen pizza you can get at Wal-Mart for $5. Worse still - if you order on their website, you will constantly get flooded with requests to upgrade your pizza or purchase ad-ons, and then they ask for a tip at the end, acting like making a pizza isn't their literal job description. I will not be going back here. Waste of money and terrible online-ordering experience.

Ordered a original crust pepperoni and a new york crust and they both tasted like frozen pizza. We also ordered boneless wings that came out soggy and not thoroughly sauced. This was my first a d last time going to papa John's.

Was at Papa John’s the other day and things weren’t going great… until the sweetest guy came to the register. I asked his name and he shared it was Bailey, and he absolutely saved the day! I don’t know why this gets low ratings. They made my pizza quickly and it was tasty and a good price.

Came in for a pick up. They had a stack of pizza boxes on the floor. And a guy was playing with a rubiks cube on the landing table while food handling. Waiting 10 minutes for food. Watched people change positions without hand washing multiple times.

So every employee is extremely sweet and always has a smile. My pizza is always hot and fresh and always ready within 15 to 20 mins. Im not sure why they have such low reviews maybe depending on a holiday or game day but every experience I have had, has always been a good one and I will continue to be a biweekly customer 😀.

Walked in excited. Walked out shortly after. Waited with my granddaughter by the register. When he did come up ( keep in mind, small area) I asked about a menu. He kind of rolled his eyes and pointed at the QR code and turned around and walked away. What about people who don't come in with a phone? I did, but the menu wouldn't load in the store... We left and went to Jimmy Johns.

Good F'n pizza, better than the huts.

This was another easy to find location and was very clean as well. It always smells great inside Papa Johns. No dining room here.
