PT PHO Express - Watson

First time ever to try PT PHO restaurant,
I order 4 Spring roll fry rice with beef, the spring rolls were small compared to other Vietnamese restaurants the fry rice was blend no flavoring. The price foe those items came up to $30. I don't think I'm coming back again. I would recommend if you like Vietnamese ? try Da VàNG Vietnamese restaurant you know the difference.

I don't like doing these but I was really looking forward receiving my order. I ordered mango smoothie with Boba and shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce and I didn't receive no Boba nor the sauce. I called and it was busy. My guess is that everyone's orders were wrong.

The owner is extremely rude. He is just a horrible man. He yelled at a couple people a couple different times I went in. The food is ok. Their boba is delicious ?

We went here yesterday and ordered $45 worth of food to go and there was no flavor in any of the meat will not eat here again

Ordered Take Out, Orange Chicken, Combination PHO and Shrimp Vermicelli. Friendly staff and the food was excellent, broth is packaged separately from the ingredients so it doesn’t get soggy. Very tasty and delicious. I will definitely repeat and try other items. They included chopsticks and other utensils.

I had the combination Pho and my son had the orange chicken. I love it. This was out first time here. We also had the fried egg rolls and butter garlic wings. Definitely enough for another meal. I would come back.

Well I don't know what trip the last chick is on but I'll take a second to say something... I'm here right when you were and didn't get greeted with "food will take 45 minutes," I was greeted with if I was dining in or take out. I have been all over this world and if you can't wait for food then go get FAST FOOD ? I see this place makes everything fresh, and if you want frozen reheated stuff might want to try McDonalds?

But as for food, service and atmosphere. Love a good authentic Vietnamese spot. It's hard to find fresh delicious food like in the streets of Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand etc. I had the Thai tea, combination Pho, shrimp spring roll, qith crispy egg rolls and banh mi to go.
Service was awesome by the waitresses and the operations manager. They're kind and tentative.
Atmosphere was simple, clean and I liked the video playing about their stores not just random nothing. The smooth music is relaxing.

All in all don't go off of what you read from impatient people having tantrums. Next time I'm driving through I'll definitely be coming in.

Twice now I walk into this place and the first thing out of the front end/ cashier’s mouth is that it is going to be a 45 minute wait for food, regardless of dine in or take out. The first time I ordered take out and there were off duty employees or employees on their lunch hanging out in the first booth and the employees on the clock were chatting with them and other friends that came in and sat there, and yes my order took about 45 minutes. The second time I went in with the intention to dine in at about 7pm and was greeted with, “just wanted to let you know that the food will take about 45 minutes for the food. If they do not want to serve people this is a sure fire way to get rid of customers. A 25-30 minute wait is acceptable but 45 minutes and there are only 2 customers in the whole establishment that already had their food, I’m sorry but just unacceptable. I have really tried to like this place because the food was good but the service is HORRIBLE!!!

Go elsewhere this so called Asian food was tasteless and WAY over-priced. $58 for 2 entrees, 1 drink and some egg rolls!

First time here, ordered chicken fried rice to test the waters per say, it was AMAZING! The rice is a bit dry, but their teriyaki sauce on it is so so so good!! The pork egg rolls are really good, wrapper is a bit tough for my personal preference, but got sweet and sour sauce with them and it was so good!! I also got the Mango Paradise Refresher and it is so yummy. The strawberry ice cream macaron was great, but somewhat melted by the time I got to eat it unfortunately I forgot to put it in the fridge! I will definitely be back and try more things!

I ordered pad thai noodles and they were gross. Clumped together barely any sauce and the sauce was soy heavy. Thai tea was great!

I love this place! I love the staff! Everybody is always amazing. Victor and Xavier kept my kids laughing!!This is our go to lunch place. Staff has always been so nice and prompt. The staff in here worked their butt off to make sure everybody gets what they want. It was a little upsetting today when I saw Hispanic customer with flowered leggings, act all entitled, and start making up things that the staff was doing when they weren’t. They have been nothing but respectful that lady was Trippin, but staff kept a professional, and unfortunately they had to do what companies have to do. The customer is always right, but in that case, the customer was not rightKeep being amazing

Slow service. If my food is going to take past 30min to make at least let me know do I don't waste my time. And no they were not busy there was barely anyone there. I canceled my order payed for drinks and left.
