Food is ordered on a kiosk..no one man's front counter and only two line staff for a huge line and drive thru. It took over 20 minutes for 2 quesadillas and one drink. I don't think I'll ever go back to that location. Guacamole was good.

Parking: Few available spots for parking. Long drive thru line going through parking lot. Hard to back out.

It's usually good but this time it sucked we ordered before tons of people and yet, it took an hour to get it. They messed up stuff in the order and forgot my nacho fries, so we had to go order those after waiting an hour. A staff member who should've been helping came out of the bathroom after like an hour. The only thing good was how a staff member gave us free sodas. Probably not gonna eat here again.

Not sure how hard it is too cut a dam quesadilla into four pieces but this is the 3rd time in a row with this same Taco Bell on Watson, I might as well roll it up and eat it as a burrito sense there too lazy too make sure it’s actually cut and not just indented in!

Both staff members that I interacted with acted like they hated their jobs and customs. Bad attitudes and poor service overall. I even had to come back and get a missing item and they acted like I was the problem and failed to acknowledge their mistake or do anything to correct it. I don't ask for extras or free stuff but if I have to leave and come back because you missed something I expect at the very least an apology.

I stood there for 15 minuts why the emoyees were giving free food away to two guys a tall one and a short one she keep giving him free food and he would take the bags to the car and came back and forth several times ..why I was standing there waiteing for my food to be prepaird

The order was completely wrong, actually the exact opposite of what I wanted. The people working here are trashy just like how they keep the store. Food and trash all over the tables and there wasn’t even people inside. Last time I ever come here, extremely disappointed and grossed out by the entire experience..
