I’ve always enjoyed coming to this Taco Bell location and usually have a good experience, which is why I’m leaving 3 stars instead of less. I really like Taco Bell’s food, and the staff is generally friendly. However, my visit last night was disappointing. The taco shells seemed stale or overly hard, and when I tried to lift my taco off the wrapper, the bottom was stuck to the paper. As a result, the entire taco fell apart and made it difficult to...

Ordered through Uber Eats for pickup, and to my surprise, someone apparently decided my meal looked better in their hands than mine. 😅
After about an hour of confusion trying to figure out what happened to my order, it was assumed that someone had simply walked off with it. The employees and I were equally frustrated, but thankfully they helped resolve the situation and I was eventually able to enjoy my food.
Moral of the story: please don’t steal other...

I placed an order through Uber Eats, I never recieved my order. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager Victor, he let me know my order was already picked up quiet awhile ago. He was super helpful in full filling another order for me which I just picked up myself. He even waited for me to come and pick it up and hand delivered it at the pick up counter! Thank you again Victor, this is what I call GREAT customer service which is super hard to find these days!
