Breakfast has a new competitor now with the $1 biscuit sausage and egg and drink for a $1 well that says it all great value great food and great service. McDonald’s is out you are now the key player with breakfast. Good job Wendy’s this promotion knocked it out of the park and I was amazed your biscuits are better than your competitors.
Great Frosty’s, hit the new Carmel swirl type. Very good service and price. Highly recommend.
Worst Wendy’s I’ve been too. Parking lot smelled like urine, no AC inside, filthy inside, fries tasted like they sat out for hours, chicken sandwich was dry.
Once again they screw it up. It's simple no mayo no ketchup. I get home and what's on it? Thanks for sucking all the time!!
Wow!! You have to try the new Takis Fuego Meal!! It’s delicious… plus, they give you a bag of Takis on the side along with your seasoned French fries with Takis flavoring.
We stopped by to grab some food, and the place was incredibly hot inside. The employees seemed overwhelmed — I’d probably feel the same if I were working in such heat! It was around 89-90 degrees indoors, and I can only imagine how hot it must be for the kitchen staff.
I spoke with the employees to see if they could turn on the air conditioning, and they told me it was already on, but it didn't seem to be working. They mentioned they had informed the manager and the general manager, but it appears the general manager either doesn't care or is ignoring their requests to fix the A/C.
Hopefully, they address this issue quickly, especially with the heat in Arizona, and with the kitchen staff working in even hotter conditions!
Might need to get a hold of Human resources!
My son's and I came here for lunch on Wednesday July 2 at 1:36
We went to the bathroom first. There was a worker with curly hair in the stall using the restroom. Before we had finished he bolted out of the stall passing the sink without washing his hands and went right back to work.
He was wearing his drive through headset at the time.
Pretty disgusting.
We will NEVER eat here again.
BEWARE OF HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS.
We will be reporting this to the city.
I order from this location often. It is reasonable for a family. However, every time I place an order, either part of it is wrong or missing. I paid extra today for a wrap and when I got home, no wrap. Everyone is saying that they need more money, but it seems like the more they get, the worse the service is. I am getting tired of paying for items and not receiving them. Just saying.
bro how does one give out 8 nuggets. i got a 10 peice nugget meal and im missing 2 ruined my whole day and made me wanna cry.
The staff at this location need retraining. The way most communicate over the drive thru speaker and in person are not responsive, kind or customer service oriented. The manager seems nice when it’s her shift and there is one other staff that rotates that’s also friendly but much of the other staff sound like they don’t want you there. They also close down earlier than they are supposed to in the evening so we don’t even bother to try the drive thru anymore if it’s within a half hour of closing. This location is often out of Frosty options reportedly due to machine issues. Wendy’s itself does not have a lot of gluten free menu options and won’t usually make you a fresh salad without allergens added (gluten/wheat)

Great food & great service.
I ordered three combo meals for the family and all three meals were missing the burgers that were supposed to be with the meals, fries burnt and just overall lack of integrity from the store. Do not come here.
If you're looking for something simple and easy I would suggest coming here
My family and I stopped by on our way home from California to Texas. We were helped by a young man named Oscar, who seemed to be a newer employee. He was very polite and courteous, and we appreciated his positive attitude. His coworker, Josh, stood out as an excellent team member—patient, composed, and clearly someone who takes initiative. He guided Oscar while simultaneously managing other orders and maintaining high morale under pressure.
However, the atmosphere was noticeably tense, largely due to a manager named Mila. While she appeared to be a hard worker, her management style seemed harsh and counterproductive. She was scolding employees loudly, and at one point, she yelled at a young man on fry duty and told him to go home. The tension among the staff was palpable, and it even affected the guest experience.
Despite this, Josh handled the situation with remarkable professionalism, even convincing his coworker to return and finish the order. The restaurant was clean and our order was accurate, which we appreciated. But it’s clear that the team’s morale could benefit from a more supportive management approach. Josh is a standout employee, and I hope the company recognizes his value before burnout sets in.
As a traveler with no ties to these individuals, this is simply an honest observation from someone passing through. Thank you for the service.
Very helpful as I was sent there by a friend and was not familiar with the menu.
