The manager i think was being rude and told me if I wanted to add something else to do it at the lane and said it with a disgusted tone and scoffed and I work at a fast food but this is unacceptable it was at 2pm on 2/04/25

As far as staff and service go they were great. But the burger and fries were just ok. The flavor is gone you shouldn't need to put onions and condiments on a burger so it has flavor. Wendy's used to be my first choice but has joined the no go list. I hope something changes.

I went into this location. I’m an African-American man single father. I ordered food for my kids. They made mistakes on the food. The food was cold. Wasn’t fresh at all. Call the location spoke to management to get some type of resolution because it was a $40 order and management team at this location is very biased and disrespectful. I don’t even know how they’re in management. They don’t know how to deal with customers at all. very rude talk about the customer because they don’t know how to mute the phone very childish people at this location..

Went through the drive through last night to pick up a mobile order around 730, they were busy so they took a few extra minutes. The girl at the window Holly was really nice and even gave us 2 free medium frostys for having to wait, she was very polite and helpful. Our food which was 2 biggie bags was correct and hot, although they did forget the ranch but the food was still good without it.

Very poor service. Went thru drive-thru and order three identical meals. Paid for all three, but only received one. Went back and got two more hamburgers, but did not realize that they forgot the fries until I was home. Also ordered small and received medium. One drink was also incorrect. Never been in to order, so not sure if it is as bad at the counter. Never going back.

The employees treated us with utmost respect and they helped my mom who is in a wheelchair. They gave her a lot of respect.
