Listen to the other reviews and ALWAYS check your orders before leaving. This was a take out order, they have no quality control and the workers dont care either. I would recommend the wings at the hot bar at the Deli at Frys across the street before I ever recommend this location to anyone.

Not bad, but always takes soo damn long to get an order
Had a door dash order stolen by a dasher, the store was super kind and helpful and remade it so I could pick it up. They didn’t have to do that but I appreciate the efforts because I spent a lot so thank you guys

this wingstop is almost infamous for bad quality food and service. i am definitely a wingstop connoisseur so this is definitely disappointing. whether the food is drenched in grease or i have to wait over 40 min for an order with an 8 piece wing and fry-that’s it. honestly i’ve never stopped going to a food location due to bad service and quality but i think this one may be my first one. last night me and my SO ordered wingstop after a long 12 hour flight home. we were given boxes of grease. wings and tenders so greasy we were unable to finish our food. unacceptable. grease is literally pooled all over the wings and bottom of the boxes. disgusting.

Forever wrote this location off after our 3rd bad experience in-a-row.
This location is consistently inconsistent. We order Cajun corn, don't receive Cajun corn. We order a rub, the wings are barely coated and bland. We pay for all flats, still get drums. We ask for well-done, get soggy wings instead.
Shame on us for not learning earlier. Anyone else in the area that finds themselves reading this review: Don't order here.

I just ordered some wings a few hours ago the service sucks wings didn't even have sauce had to tell them I want more the attitude sucks I will never go to this one again so don't go to this one and they take their time while eating smh bad service if you ask me
The manager at this location always has an attitude. The atmosphere when she’s not there is much more at ease, even the staff seem more relaxed. She’s taken my order a few times and every single time she has an attitude, will barely say hello, she’s rushing me, isn’t pleasant to speak to at all, I don’t think I’ve ever seen her smile once. Don’t get me wrong. I know people have bad days but when you’re at work, you have to learn to put that to the side and just get through the day. At least take it to you make it that’s what I do.

Highly unprofessional rude and disrespectful they chose to accept my door dash order and then with hold my order from my dasher not allowing me and my toddler to eat. When I called to figure out the order I sat and listened to them argue about it and then after hours management proceeded to laugh on the phone and continued to be rude unprofessional and give in accurate information I’ll be contacting corporate as well as management first thing in the morning

Please don’t give people the dry scraps. When we order chicken strips, we hope to receive strips and not dried up chicken nugget looking pieces. This location is a hit or miss. I think when fast food places serve food, they should think about what THEY would like to receive if they were in the customer’s place. It’s not cool to pay close to $70 on a messed up order.

I gave them my name. They said they were working on it. I st there for 20 mins. Went back up to see my order sitting there. Are we supposed to keep bugging them every 2 seconds? I assumed they would call my name when it was ready. Questioned the girl about how I should approach it next time and got the Gen-Z stare.

They forgot my order and let me sit here for 25 mins. They just now started work on it. I'm late for work. Never fails
I would not recommend this location to anyone. They have messed up and made multiple mistakes on my order. The general manager Rhonda is very biased against African-American people that call with an issue over their order. She is very rude. Made a complaint to corporate about her and her location if you don’t like a certain race, you shouldn’t be working in a public atmosphere.

They need to change the online order wait time. Pick up time said 25-28 minutes. Got to the store they told me 6-10 more minutes. Waited another 40 minutes at store with no updates. Till the last 3 minutes.
