I would not recommend this location to anyone. They have messed up and made multiple mistakes on my order. The general manager Rhonda is very biased against African-American people that call with an issue over their order. She is very rude. Made a complaint to corporate about her and her location if you don’t like a certain race, you shouldn’t be working in a public atmosphere.

They need to change the online order wait time. Pick up time said 25-28 minutes. Got to the store they told me 6-10 more minutes. Waited another 40 minutes at store with no updates. Till the last 3 minutes.

Only came in for one order and a couple of drinks. The order took a while but both the wings and fries were fresh; not sure if it's a to-order location but if that's the case count me pleasantly surprised!
Service was absolutely lovely. The cashier was really friendly and fun and communicated with the back to make sure the order was taken down correctly.
The dining area is clean and spacious and well lit; the music is kind of loud and it was distracting while waiting for/eating our food but I'm assuming nothing could really be helped there.
Really enjoyed stopping by!! Thank you :)

27 minutes for a order placed saturday at 4pm in store. Floor was dirty windows matched the floor. Chicken was dry and freshly cooked. No garbage can in dining room? That must be why people just left garbage on tables. Pictures were taken after a kind associate cleaned.

Ordered a 10 of received 8 and I don’t usually count but since I’m sharing this with another person and we paid for it they should get the numbers right. Will be calling first thing in the morning for the refund of what I didn’t get.

We were reluctant to eat here due to the multiple negative reviews. However, we went on a Thursday night, and there was a large group of teenage boys eating and watching TV. It was great to see them having a place to hang out having fun. We ordered the meal bone in Wings louisiana Rub, it came with fries and carrots & celery with ranch dipping sauce. We ordered the wings well done. It took about 15 minutes to get our order which was expected as it was busy. Food was delicious! Wings crispy and flavorful. Fries were delicious.

Omgggg literally picked up my food and the energy and the vibe there was the best!!! That team in the night very much 10 out of 10 amazing vibe and fast service loved it!!!
Everyone was messing around in the back , some were ordering Dutch bros and girls kept walking in and one of the cooks went to sit with the girls and started talking , the woman in the from on register had friends coming in and talking, orders have been getting wrong , I also didn’t get my drink it was supposed to be 20 minutes got there at 7:12 and left at 8:13 . Horrible service

My teen son wanted wing stop so we stopped by for a quick bite. The guy ordering our food spoke so fast, I felt rushed ans I noticed how dirty the front counter was woth grease, crumbs and I think ranch. I ordered a combo meal for myself and the cup had syrup on the back because the fountain drink station was filthy, it needs to be wiped down. The straw station to the side was dirty, you can see a thick layer of syrup from past drink spills. My son and I were looking for a clean table to sit at because about 80% of the tables looked like the front counter. I don't understand why it's so dirty because they had more than enough people standing around in the back, someone could've attended the dinning area. Another customer left their trash on the table it was such a mess, but my son wanted wings so we waited and waited and waited 30 minutes to get our food. Now, we live about 4 min maybe 6 min with traffic away from wing stop, my fries were mid and soggy!!! What?! And they had a sweet taste to it probably from my honey hot dry rub, idk, what I do know is I won't ever come here again and I will drive the extra 25 minutes to Crazy Mike's if I or my son want wing. Shoot I rather go to the Frys wing station that come back to thus mess. Just dirty and not worth the money. Crazy Mike's fries, wings are waaaay better, it's clean aaaaand they have Koolaid, red, blue and purple
