Dear lord, where is Victor? He can control all these bad employees... If there was an issue he would fix it immediately! Not with the new management. His customer service was the best 👌. Food quality is horrible, floors are sticky and all the young ladies are on their phones not paying attention to the customers. Loud music in the kitchen, you can tell this store is not being overseen by anyone who cares.

My family and I have been coming here for a while. We keep coming back for the food but the service has always been terrible. The younger girls that work there aren’t that friendly or approachable. Most of the time we have to go up and order because no one comes to our table to take our order or check on us. Overall, if the service improved this place would be much better.

This is not the first time I've had issues with this place but I thought I would give them another chance. I ordered my usual that I have been getting regularly from this place. Had to come back for my take out order a couple of times because they were off on the times quoted twice for the order. Once I finally received my food the eggs were so over cooked they were terrible. The tenderloin was also Incredibly spicy which it never is. I reported the issue the same day but no manager is available to discuss it. I left my name and phone number but never heard back.
After no call I went in and they assured me they would pass it on to the manager. Over a week passed by with no call. Reached out by phone to be informed the manager isn't in and rarely is. I would need to leave my name and number again.
I hope the lack of taking care of their customer was worth the lost repeat business and the shared bad experience.

Overall we are happy with Zona Pho! They’re still fairly new and rough around the edges in some areas. We loved their Summer Special! The only setbacks we feel are they need a better tasting chili paste and most of all, the water does not taste filtered. Which is a key thing for Arizonan’s eating HOT soup. The veggies are fresh and the Pho is delicious 😋 If you’re ever interested in custom Zona Pho Tables, give us a shout!

Best Vietnamese food in West Vslley. 👍 Great food, friendly staff, and comfortable booth seating. Love the variety of pho dishes served hot and delicious 😋 Their pork rolls are yummy with sweet chili sauce.

My son and I have been coming here since it first opened. The food ant atmosphere were so much better then. Lunch today was just...bland. I ordered the fried rice combination. There was no flavor to it at all. The peas and carrots appeared and tasted like it was from a frozen bag. There was only 6 people in the restaurant, which was dark and not well decorated. The food did not come out all at once. My son got his and I waited at least 15 minutes until mine came. Never experienced that before. The whole dining experience took well over 40 minutes from the time we sat down until getting our food and then it just wasn't worth the dinner meal prices for slow service, poor food quality and dingy atmosphere. I'm sorry to say but not coming back

When I went there there was a family sitting behind me and I watched their daughter puke on the floor and the staff didn't bother to clean it up that I had another family sit next to me with their kid jumping all over my booth and on us and the parents acted like they were not doing anything wrong. Then on top of that the staff decided to argue and go on the parent side saying I should move when I was there first and exactly where I wanted to be away from everyone else. Then on top of that when I got my food and drinks my drinks had tea leaves all crushed in it taste like crud they burnt the tea. My food was mostly broth there was hardly any food in there for the price and it tasted like crud. Never going here again.
The stuff I had were women that were very rude I spent an hour waiting for two bowls of soup and tea and not only that but other people got served well before me that came in way after us
One of the best PHO I've had in west Arizona!! Portions are good food is full of flavor! The 3b spicy pho is spicy and flavorful.

We took our granddaughters here for lunch and it didn't disappoint. We had delicious shrimp spring rolls and very good pork egg rolls for appetizers. Three of us had Pho, steak, meatball, and rib. My wife had the banh mi. Everything was flavorful and delicious.
The service was fantastic. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Thanks for a great meal!
