Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We first went to Wendy's after placing an online order and were denied service. So .. we then went across the street literally at 10:58. Popeyes had no problem taking our order 2 minutes before close. The food was fresh, the customer service was on point and overall saved my night after Wendy's denied our service even though we placed an online order pre-hand and were there to pick it up 5 minutes before close. Thank you Popeyes for the fresh food, nice customer service, despite the last minute arrival 💕

If you wanted to make it right maybe you could remake our meal.

So I ordered on line and I wanted to get extra gravy but on the website it only asks if you want gravy. So when I came in I asked if there was anyway to get less potatoes and a little extra gravy, seeing as I like to dip my chicken tenders inside of the gravy. I was told no because it was already made, and it cost extra money and that I should’ve done it on the website. I told them there was no option for it. The rude manager lady in the black shirt with the gauges basically called me a liar, even after I showed their employee that there is no option other than do you want gravy? All I was told was sorry I can’t do anything about it. I was told I can make another order if I want extra gravy. On top of that, the food was very bland after being told it was already done. I still had to wait another 10/15 minutes for it to actually be done. When I got my very, very teeny tiny mashed potatoes, there was a splash of gravy just enough to give it some color Which also had no flavor. Their sweet tea has no flavor so not only was it bad service. It was bad food. It ruined my entire experience because I have been looking forward to eating some Popeyes chicken for a good minute and when I get in to this stupid restaurant, they’re rude as hell over a little bit of gravy how hard is it to put a little extra splash of gravy in there Picasso extra cool charge me real quick and I’ll pay it but to flat out refuse and tell me to order a whole new mashed potatoes and gravy is a bit over the top and to make your food disgusting was too much for me. The Popeyes in Kingman was so much better.

My family and I eat at this location very often. The food is always great. The service is fantastic and we never have any problems. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Alex who always greets us every time she sees us.

This particular location needs improvement. Often out of items. Sometimes because of employees not wanting to make it. Do not go there an expect to find what you want even 2+ hour before closing time. That includes biscuits. Some of the staff are nice and some you can tell don't like there job. I usually avoid this location because of this and the pain of getting in and out of the location.

Their food is decent at best, I've been to many Popeyes in several different states and this one is the worst. Not to mention they're always forgetting a piece of chicken or a biscuit giving you the wrong pieces lack of professionalism would not recommend

Ordered an online pickup order for six people. From time of order placement to time of fulfillment it took 50 minutes. I have never seen 'fast' food this slow.

I don’t think I’ve ever stepped into this establishment and had a positive experience. Every cashier in here may want to look into a new job. Thanks sherry for the terrible experience once again!👍 update also messed my order up because she was to busy interrupting and their was a hair in my food but like she said it’s not her fault she didn’t make the sandwich.

When we ordered 6 dollars box I ordered a 6 box I ordered the chicken tenders and mashed potatoes and extra biscuit my husband ordered the 6 dollar he ordered chicken tenders and 2 Mac and cheese when it came to get our order they did not have enough chicken tenders for his meal offered him spicy he can't eat or a chicken leg or thigh instead of just making some more chicken tenders...it was around 5 o'clock Saturday...I starting eating my chicken tenders they were cold and old ..your food hs gone down hill ..the employees were just trying to get rid of the old food...nothing was fresh...very disappointed....

The really positive reviews I’d read were absolutely correct…..the spicy chicken sandwich was larger than expected and incredibly yummy-yum, the chicken dipper’s were just delightfully delicious and as with the sandwich I didn’t expect so many pieces. The cru’ de gras was the red beans and rice - they were flippin’ beyond flavorful, omgaaaah just soooooo way yummy-yum. Last but not least, yay and yippee for the fried apple pie tossed in cinnamon sugar - as I was barely finishing my first bite of that deeeelicious pie all I could think about was how happy I was that I ordered two😅😁😁😁! To the staff on shift - y’all totally rocked it Popeyes’s way fo’ sure….Thank you!

Drive all the way from Mohave valley cuz I'm craving some wings and some chicken sandwiches Don't check the bag get my ass all the way home back to Mohave valley open it up missing wings

Order was not correct, called manager and was hung up on. Kept calling back no answer worst customer service EVER
