Everytime we've had an online order done here, it wrong! It's takes forever, and then we are missing stuff and they make us wait for the extra stuff and never even give a compensation, barely even an apology for their terrible service. The online ordering is supposed to make things easier. Not double the work. This place has been going downhill since it opened. Probably going to be using KFC since it's right next door from now on! Waste of time and money!

The service was quick and friendly. I loved the Halloween decorations they had in the main dining area.
The chicken was dry, and the macaroni tasted off.
My boyfriend and I were definitely not feeling well a while after we ate.

Staff is great super friendly the facility is well kept really clean and for the first time in I don't know how many years my order was incredibly fresh and on point which shocked me because I just had to be that person that strolled up minutes before closing all around top notch service and they damn sure got my vote of approval 👍

Bad location. And they truck stop too much trophy trying to get In-N-Out. Food is overpriced and they no longer have Cajun rice on the menu.

My go to spot when my wife has to work late. I order thru app. Staff is amazing. Food is always fresh. I am a frequent customer to the bullhead city az location. I walk in today to get my order and the staff know me by name. They know I prefer the thighs. Manager always makes sure staff serves me fresh cooked.

My daughter and I were visiiting from Lake Havasu City and the staff there was so nice and accommodating. They even came and checked on us The food was perfect and the dining room was clean. Thank you to Katie and crew for the help with my mobile app and for the great lunch. Much appreciated

Had a missing item from an order and no receipt, almost seemed like they didn't believe me until Miss Louis walked up made it right and made my day just smiling, being so understanding! Happened I believe on July 6th. Absolutely sweetheart, she deserves recognition❤️ thank you again

My brother and I were starving and needed some food and got some amazing chicken! The lady at the front was very nice. Her name was crystle.
Most recent visit was also great! Madi and the rest of the Popeye's team was very kind and food was tasty.
