“What a cool find! Wanted lunch on the drive home from Sedona to San Tan Valley and got off of Hwy 17 looking for a place and saw the sign for Babe’s. It’s always fun finding a place well-known and loved by locals and that’s Babe’s. After having so much beef and ribs on our three day road trip we decided to not take advantage of Babe’s cowboy menu and instead went for the battered cod fish sandwich. Oh my. Large portion of crunchy battered cod served up with one of a whole variety of available sides. My wife had the “freedom fries” (seasoned French fries) and I have the “Jo Jo Fries (“Broasted” chunky steak fries). Cool western vibe atmosphere, fast friendly service, good prices, good experience.
