Pulled pork sandwich was phenomenal!!
Flew the Coop is a MUST for us Phoenicians every single time we are headed North. This is the juiciest chicken tender with crispy crunchy breading and seriously the best flavor profile I’ve ever had on a chicken sandwich.
Mild is doable for someone sensitive to spice.
My preferred order:
-Hot Chicken Sammie (this is 2 tenders, sandwich is cut in half - better split it if you’re not hungry or get it deconstructed if you want half now, half later)

Flew the Coop Nashville Hot Chicken Shack is a popular restaurant known for its delicious food and inviting atmosphere. They offer a variety of spice levels, with the "hot" option being moderately spicy and higher levels providing a significant kick, including a spicy reaper/ghost blend that is praised for its perfect edible heat. The Chicken Sandwich is considered the best ever, featuring a huge piece of cajun seasoned chicken on a brioche bun, topped with slaw and pickles. It is messy in a good way, full of flavor, crispy, and seasoned perfectly. The fries are thick like home fries, and the menu includes sides such as mac n cheese with smoked Gouda flavor, potato salad, fried pickles, cowboy beans, and hotlinks, all of which receive high praise for their fabulous taste.
The restaurant can have a wait, but service is efficient and friendly. Staff are professional and graciously offer samples of sides before ordering. The homemade sauces complement the meals well, and the Strawberry Lemonade, although a bit pricey, is a sweet treat. The decor is simple yet effective, and the location offers ample parking. Overall, Flew the Coop provides a fantastic dining experience with high-quality, flavorful food at fair prices, making it a must-visit for anyone wanting a taste of Nashville.
