I’ve went to this McDonald’s since 2017 when I first moved to Northern Arizona I’ve seen changes in the service to where I want an order was messed up. They give you tickets for replacement meal and there was several months ago. Service was really not very becoming, but it has definitely gotten better in the past two months.
Was a non-holiday Sunday. I placed a mobile order that took 30 minutes to fulfill. I saw multiple in store orders of similar or bigger size be fulfilled ahead of mine, even though they ordered after me. This McDonald’s also seems expensive compared to others, but there are few other choices, as evidenced by the service and price. We’ll be back, but we’ll plan for a much longer stop. Maybe we’ll try the McDonald’s at Cordes Junction instead.
I don't like this one because I ordered 4coffees then they had us go wait for the coffee then we were waiting for ever so then I had to go and ask for it and the supervisor had an addtiude when I asked for it the only one that said sorry about it was one the that gave me the coffee I told her it wasn't her fault.
