Today was my mom’s and my first time visiting Arizona, and we were on our way to Sedona when we stopped at this McDonald’s for a meal. I accidentally left my bag on the seat and didn’t realize it until almost an hour later.
I rushed back, extremely worried because my laptop was inside and it’s very important for my work. Thankfully, one of the employees, Leon, had found my bag and kept it safe for me.

McDonald's offers surprising table service and a perfect Hawaiian Punch Icee for hot days. Located conveniently off I-17, it provides fast service and friendly employees. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and is considered kid-friendly as it’s a McDonald's. Customers can use the order board, although some note that staff sometimes do not pay attention to special requests, like not putting mayonnaise in food, or forget to add extra tart or sauce despite requests. During busy times, the calling system can be confusing, making it hard for customers to know when their order is ready. Visitors have found the staff to be pleasant, courteous, and thoughtful, especially when visiting during quieter hours. The food is generally warm, but some feel it is overpriced; for example, a meal with hotcakes, sausage, and hash browns costs around $26. Parking is plentiful, including RV parking, making it convenient for travelers. Despite some mixed reviews about food freshness and value, McDonald's remains a popular choice for many.
