We had the most wonderful evening at Athens on Easy Street! The food was incredible! The service was outstanding! The atmosphere was delightful! We asked the server for recommendations, and everything she recommended was absolutely delicious! We sat on the patio and listened to live flute music, which was magical. We were celebrating my birthday, and I couldn't have picked a more special place for my 50th. Highly recommend!!!
I've been on the hunt for a great traditional Greek restaurant in Arizona, and I unfortunately have to keep looking. I ordered a plate of pastitsio and a side of avgolemono soup. While the soup was pretty good, the pastitsio was very likely the worst I've ever had. The flavor was not anything like the pastitsio I've had from 15+ other Greek restaurants and the sauce was extremely thin and runny, with chunks of nearly raw tomatoes. Anything but Ho Hum. The menu is full of delicious dishes. It wa hard to choose. We had a sunny spot on the patio. Our server was the lovely Gladys! Our dishes were terrific- pastitsio fries - oh my yummy and so much to eat!!! we also ordered the lamb gyro with Greek salad. Absolutely delicious 😋
