A really nice little, family owned, neighborhood gem. High quality ingredients, wonderful textures and delicious flavors. The menu is limited and it's a bit pricey, but the food is worth it.
Confluence restaurant in Carefree for lunch. The food is absolutely delicious. We had the Po Boy and the Wagyu Pastrami sandwiches. Deliciious, semi-spicy and each ingredient carefully crafted. The truffle ketchup and fries are to die for. I didn't get my pic until both my wife and I had our share of the fries and ketchup, so that's only ½ of the full order. Prices are very fair for the quality and quantity of the meal. About $25 per.
The menu is small, but everything we had was fabulous. All the appetizers were great, but the scrambled goose egg was the best. For the main course, we had the veal and the duck breast. Both were great.
The full bar and wine selection are good.
