This was so fun! My mom, grandma and I went during the holidays and Santa interacted with us throughout. He was lovely. Service was OK - she didn't give many recommendations. Pretty sure she could have gotten more money out of us had she guided the experience a bit more. We went with the tower and two holiday-ish teas. Everything was very good! Would highly recommend.
Having experienced tea from her to London, Paris and others, the English Rose Tea room ranks with some of the top teas in the world. Jo and her staff are the epitome of customer service and elegance. My 40 years of business uniquely qualifies me to make this observation. Thank you to Jo and her staff for making my wife's birthday tea a very special occassion.
