The queso-birria tacos were yummy. The carne asada fries were okay. The fries could’ve used more toppings for example more guac, sour cream, cheese, meat there was very little it was mainly fries.
I got to say the place is legit - I think it is just the simplicity of how the food is cooked. The carne asada mesquite flavor is just there no seasoning or marinate simply salt and pepper. If you know tacos like me, you know the salsa gives the flavor to the taco. The Cabeza tacos have that Tijuana Flavor.
