I know the owners and they are great people. They are actively seeking to hire to improve the speed of service, which is the only thing that I believe would cause any of the lower review scores. The food is authentic excellent German essen. If there is a wait, it is more than worth it.
We went to Casa/Haus Ramirez for a German dinner of Rouladen and Schnitzel with home made Spätzle. All was absolutely delicious and authentic reminding me with every bite of my German Grandma's cooking. Highly recommended!
