It's a lot better than it was a few years ago. If u want your food to be hot you have to ask them to make it fresh or they are gonna give u a piece of chicken that has sat in the warmer all day that will break your teeth. The staff is always miserable and pretty much throws your food at you. If you don't know how to use the kiosk be prepared to wait until someone feels like coming to the register and then expect an attitude.
