Walked in and Jesus was very rude as a cashier to an elder lady in front of me in line.“

“Today my friend & I came in for lunch. The female worker (with pink hair) apparently was not having a good day. She was the loudest person I’ve ever heard in a restaurant! Most everyone had left, however, my friend & I were trying to have a conversation but couldn’t hear each other over this employees ranting & ravings! She & the male employee went to the back where it sounded like she was throwing things & was swearing…….VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! The tables weren’t cleaned, some of the veggies were very tired looking. We won’t be going back there. What a shame.“

“Food was bomb I couldn't see it drove right by it came across a sign said they were sorry for construction or something n they were open. And, I absolutely loved loved loved the food. The ppl who work there made us feel welcome sweetest smiles. Super love it clean n family environment n we sat outside super nice“

“Freaking YUM! First time I tried Freddy's was in Missoula MT years ago and omgosh...so good. Hadn't found one near me until last night.
Had a prime rib burger - melt in your mouth tender with mushrooms and onions. Seriously satisfying. Cheese fries - crispy thin fries and cheese sauce, what's not to love.
Piece de resistance - chocolate brownie concrete. Okay stop right there. The last time I had something frozen that was so satisfyingly chocolatey was back in the day when Swęnson's had a flavor called Sticky Chewy Chocolate. This was every bit that and then some. In fact it was SO chocolaty I had to tap out half way through. Unheard of. Almost embarassing - I don't back down to chocolate, lol. I'm reminded of the content creator dude that throws his glasses when it's that good. It's that good.
My party's order - 2 prime rib sandwiches, 2 cheese fries and 2 concretes for just over $50. I don't know how to tell you any other way...it's worth it.
There's an app, of course. It doesn't seem to include some seasonal special concrete flavors, but you can order online (they start on the hot food when you arrive but the cold items will be waiting for you in the cooler by the counter), order on touch screen or face to face. Everyone working there that we talked to was friendly and helpful - didn't figure out the cooler part for a minute.
Atmosphere is semi-50's diner-ish with a lot of their signature bright red.

“This is a no-frills taco shop with a drive thru. Prices are reasonable & the food is good. Had one of the daily specials, a chicken burrito. It was delicious. Honestly way better than some of the fancier Mexican restaurants around the Tucson area. You would think there would be a lot of options given how close to the border Tucson is, but sadly no. You can get better Mexican food on the east coast. Only downside of my meal @ Lito’s was the guac, which is more like avocado paste. Very basic. Otherwise, my experience was good.“

“We had meatball sandwiches but the range of sub choices looked really good. The meat was displayed in a refrigerated case and was sliced as needed, and the “Fixins” looked fresh and tasty. The staff was efficient and friendly and handled the lunch crowd with ease. We will be back!“

The two young people working tonight were worth taking a minute to review. I didn’t get your names but you were there 7pm on Oct 4th. So pleasant! So helpful! Looked you in the eye and talked to you! Crazy how many times I’ve ordered a sandwich and have never been looked at… and that’s considered normal (at other locations). Can you two travel the country training others great customer service?

“I work for DoorDash, and every time I come in to pick up an order the are always ready and positive to greet me! I remember a particular time when my AC went out, and Kristi the manager for this store (#32) gave me an extra soda they had made. This made this store my favorite, and it’s always a pleasure each time I come back“

“The front counter worker was very thorough very personable knowing we were buying a birthday cake and even told my friend Happy 14th birthday I appreciated feeling welcomed as a customer and not being rushed. Past visits through drive-thru late evenings are always a plus the manager is very kind and accommodating for recommending when doing special order treats.“

“I swear this place off a while back and started going to the one on Ina I gave it another chance when I heard the manager at Ina had taken it over was there yesterday Ashley and Brianna are the best hands down they handled the front and drive thru like pros super fast and friendly I will definitely be back.
