“Today my friend & I came in for lunch. The female worker (with pink hair) apparently was not having a good day. She was the loudest person I’ve ever heard in a restaurant! Most everyone had left, however, my friend & I were trying to have a conversation but couldn’t hear each other over this employees ranting & ravings! She & the male employee went to the back where it sounded like she was throwing things & was swearing…….VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! The tables weren’t cleaned, some of the veggies were very tired looking. We won’t be going back there. What a shame.“

“Valerie is always greeting everyone with a smile! She has great customer service. Ever time I come inside and order she is very helpful. Also I have to say that Monty is so cool and inviting. The atmosphere is poppin every time I see Monty! I’m just so happy I get to go in one of my favorite places and feel the love! 🎅🏼🥳

Walked in and Jesus was very rude as a cashier to an elder lady in front of me in line.“

“Went to in and out last week, the line going in is a little bit funky but people staying in left lane only. The scenery is nice and was pretty shaded the entire time. The food was good as well including my fries. Staff was nice enough to add a side of pickles and was friendly working the drive through on both the order/pay side as well as the pick up food side.“

“This is a no-frills taco shop with a drive thru. Prices are reasonable & the food is good. Had one of the daily specials, a chicken burrito. It was delicious. Honestly way better than some of the fancier Mexican restaurants around the Tucson area. You would think there would be a lot of options given how close to the border Tucson is, but sadly no. You can get better Mexican food on the east coast. Only downside of my meal @ Lito’s was the guac, which is more like avocado paste. Very basic. Otherwise, my experience was good.“

“Hubby went to pick up a burger and fries. He ate there with a friend said the place was clean and pretty quiet. He brought my burger and fries. I am not a fan of mustard but that’ll my husband should know that. Fries are too thin on my opinion. Added lettuce and tomato here. As I heard there were better burgers there. Burger was tasty and flavourful.“

“We had meatball sandwiches but the range of sub choices looked really good. The meat was displayed in a refrigerated case and was sliced as needed, and the “Fixins” looked fresh and tasty. The staff was efficient and friendly and handled the lunch crowd with ease. We will be back!“

“I was almost ready to give up on Subways! Lately the sandwiches have not been up to par but I was in the area of thornydale and tangerine and decided one more time! I am extremely glad that I did! I walked in and was warmly greeted, My sandwich maker of the day was Ester. Every question she asked, she asked with a smile. After she was finished she took the time out to ask me how my day was going, thank me for coming in, invited me back! That is the type of customer service that has been lacking at the other subways. I live way on the west side of town and I will drive the extra miles to come back! Thank you Ester for making me love Subway again!“

“The front counter worker was very thorough very personable knowing we were buying a birthday cake and even told my friend Happy 14th birthday I appreciated feeling welcomed as a customer and not being rushed. Past visits through drive-thru late evenings are always a plus the manager is very kind and accommodating for recommending when doing special order treats.“

“So I really would have loved to put in a survey but I keep losing my receipts. I have been wanting to give a good review for the store for a long time now and would like to specifically point out one of their employees Delia. I personally feel that Delia is always one of the highlights of this store. Not only does she seem to know the job like the back of her hand, multitasking whether it's in the lobby, front counter or drive-thru window and is obviously a big help with keeping the store running smoothly but she is always in a great mood. From the second every customer walks in to the moment they're leaving, she is welcoming and always provides fantastic customer service with a big smile and positive energy.“
