What a treat! My husband and I attended one of Pitmaster Mick's BBQ classes. Learned some great tips and tricks to take home and incorporate with our grilling and smoking. Nice casual atmosphere. Mick did a great job instructing the class. And the food was amazing! Definitely worth the experience.
Went with our ladies group today. Mick was a great host. Really enjoyed learning some of his techniques. Can’t wait to try them at home. Yummy food.
Was given a class at the Cave Creek BBQ School for Christmas. I went by myself and along with 8 others spent the majority of the day asking Pitmaster Mike every question under the sun and no question was too elementary. Mike walked through how to cook different styles and the tools to use. Some meat was already cooking and others Mike prepared and cooked while we learning and the end of the class we enjoyed delicious BBQ. I highly recommend!!
