I just got a notification regarding Mr Doug and was very very happy to hear this story! you don't hear that kind of story very often about people caring for others and being as family when some have none... thank you so much staff of the Arby's that knows Mr doug!
and Mr Doug and Arby's staff I know you don't know me but thank you so much for serving and setting a good example that many of us could and should follow
came to the drive thru tonight and they didnt get my order correct. I asked for two #1 meals. when we got the the window he told use our total didnt even bother re-read what I ordered just told me the total.
when he gave us our drinks and 1 bag with our food... I'm like where's the third drink... he re reads my order I got one #1 and one #11 and 3pc mozzarella that's it.... where's my third order #1?
so I had to pay again for the order that they didnt get the total...read full review
