Location was very clean. Staff was friendly and made sure to greet me on entry. Food looked really good, presentation was actually astonishing. Bacon king was awesome, crispy bacon!
Did not receive what I ordered in the drive through.
Ordered loaded jalapeno Whopper and got a regular whopper with jalapenos on it.....

I think Burger King is good but they need to step up their service and their drive up services. The wait time is way too long

Burger King is a mixed bag when it comes to customer satisfaction. While some customers report fresh, tasty food and friendly staff, others have experienced subpar quality. The service was fast, everything was accurate, and the food is delicious. The table area was all nice and clean. However, some orders are not accurate, with items like the Original Chicken Sandwiches and Oreo shakes being wrong. The Whopper jr was very tiny and all bun. Overall, the experience at Burger King can be hit or miss.
