Went through the Sonic drive through on 6/27 around 1pm. (Chk 132).
Rep James (10093) was fantastic! He had excellent customer service, friendly, fast, the order was complete and he confirmed “no cheese “ on the special order. A great majority of the time when we use drive throughs, something is missing from our order or the food order isn’t right, so we wanted to take the time to thank him. We appreciate it!

Food is always good but the service takes a while. I know they make everything to order but for a drive thru, it takes a while.

Sonic Drive-In is a restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere and friendly employees, known for their consistent food quality and fast service. The staff are nice and they always get the order right. The rest of the menu is solid, though the chicken sandwich is always hit or miss. Food was mostly good and delicious, but the amount of tots for the large was disappointing. The restaurant is conveniently located for many, and the menu is highly regarded. The optional drive-up service is appreciated by some customers. The Sonic app has received mixed reviews.
