“My boss and I came here for lunch, everything was super fresh and delicious! The shrimp was so good! The veggies and noodles were perfectly cooked and the sauce was so yummy! I wish they would open one by my house, I would be there every week. The service was so nice and friendly, loved the atmosphere too. Bravo!“

“I'm sitting at the house with the little woman and she says ' Sweetie, you seem to be getting on pretty good after the cataract surgery and I want to order food or cook something special for you! What woudl it be? I'm thinking how about catfish nuggets and dirty rice. She says she will go to the store and she's going to cook it. She had a bad day and I tell her no, we'll order it and the fun begins. Lucky for us, as I 'm checking the list of cajun food restaurants--A is for but my eyes are sucked in by BABY KAYS in bright red lettering. OK, short story it ain't--I have her call in the order 1. Catfish dinner, 2. BarBCue shrimp dinner, 3. a side of dirty rice and 4. a side of jumbalaya. I live in Sun Lakes and I drive over to pick up the meal and I need my tail whooped because I did not get the bar tenders name who made small talk as she took my money and gave me the order. The meal was so dad-gone good, that I started with the tartar sauce and the horse radish that was prevelent on my taste buds. On the 5 star restaurant scale an 9+. You can't get more than five on the other scale so I gave em a nine plus. WORTH THE DRIVE! WORTH THE COST! AND THE AMBIANCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE....I'M LIKE ARNOLD, 'I'LL BE BACK!' “We went for family celebration. Everyone ordered something different. Everyone was happy with their meal. Service was great. My favorite was the fried rice.“

“I went to Boyce Thompson Arboretum this past weekend. There were only two food trucks. After waiting in line at the other truck, the only gluten free item they had was sold out. Several friends were in line at Maya’s Cajun Kitchen, so I begrudgingly went over there. I asked her about gluten free items. Not only did she let me know about gluten-free items available, she also accommodated a few changes I requested. Let me tell you, I was so glad the other truck no longer had the only gluten-free menu item. The bbq jackfruit (never had jackfruit until yesterday) dish she prepared was so unbelievably delicious. I don’t think it was actually bbq - at least not in the traditional sense - but it was amazing. She also included high-quality greens. If you ever see Maya’s Cajun Kitchen, do yourself a huge favor and order from her! I was so highly impressed by her kindness, professionalism and most of all, my lunch! Fantastic!!“
