“This is my go to Chipotle! I love this location! I avoid mobile ordering to this location because my order is usually wrong. Tonight the rice was super undercooked, crunchy, and salty. But when I go in, they fill my bowl and make sure everything is good.“
“So, this was my first time at Chipotle. I was a disappointed concerning toppings. You pay extra for guacamole and queso sauce. I asked for both. Now, mind you, I see the commercials on TV all the time. The guacamole on top looks like a great topper, looks like about 4 large table spoons. So the girl puts on MY guacamole and I get about 1 table spoon. I stopped her as she closed the container and I asked her if she has ever seen the Chipotle commercial. I told her how much guacamole THEY put on and she said she can do that but I would be charged for each 'serving'.
My come away from this ordering is that the bowl on the commercal would cost me a minimum of $26-28 because they show a bowl with 5-6 EXTRA COST servings of guacamole to MAKE YOU THINK it is what you get.
I do not like deceptive advertising. I have not returned.“
